About ASCC
Archaeological Services LLC (ASCC) was established in 1996 as Archaeological Services of Clark County. Based out of Vancouver, WA, Archaeological Services has been Clark County’s primary archaeological consultant for more than a decade. We also handle projects as far off as Montana, the Pacific Coast, and the Great Basin.
Smaller than most of its competitors, ASCC is is able maintain low overhead costs, which means a lower cost of doing business for our clients. We use a pool of seasoned freelance archaeologists to round out the crew when needed, giving us the ability to carry out large-scale projects on a tight schedule.
ASCC’s Principal Investigator and owner, Alexander Gall, M.A., has been with the firm since 2002 and became owner in 2006. Gall received his Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College (Poughkeepsie, NY) and his Master’s in Anthropology from Portland State University (Portland, OR). Since 1994, he has worked on archaeological projects in over fifteen states.
